Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is Luciano Silva, an individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI), CNPJ 26.849.496/0001-66, based in Muriaé, Minas Gerais, Brazil. For privacy matters, write to luciano@lucianosilva.com.br or use the contact page.
What data is collected
- Contact form: name, email, phone (if provided) and your message, used only to reply to your request.
- Virtual assistant (LucIAno): the messages you type in the chat and, if you choose to leave your contact, your name, email or phone. Questions are processed by an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic) only to generate the answer.
- Spam protection: the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes browsing behavior to tell people from bots.
- Statistics and ads: with your consent, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel record pages visited, browsing time and actions on the site.
- Accessibility and cookie preferences: saved only in your browser.
What we use it for
To answer inquiries and quotes, keep the site secure, understand which content works best and measure ad results. Data is never sold.
The legal bases are your consent (statistics and marketing cookies, and contact through the chat), steps prior to a contract (quotes) and legitimate interest (site security).

Who the data is shared with
Only with the services needed for the site to work: Hostinger (hosting), Google (reCAPTCHA and, with consent, Analytics and Tag Manager), Meta (Pixel, with consent) and Anthropic (virtual assistant answers). Some of these services operate outside Brazil, with the safeguards provided by the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Statistics data follows each service's own retention periods. You can ask for deletion at any time.
